The USB Interface enables the communication between the PC and the KNX / EIB system.

The MDT Weather station Home is made for the weather detection for private use.
The installation is made in the outdoor area and should be made on a pole.
Alternative, the weather station can be installed on a wall at the southern side.

The Rain Sensor SCN‐RS1R1.01 is used for the detection of rain and send messages if rain was detected. For faster drying after rain and at low temperatures, a heating is integrated below the sensor area.
